Defined fixed fee per role/multiple-role project. Focused on priority hires requiring precision and strong calibration. Includes targeted outreach, thorough candidate screening, interview preparation & guidance, negotiation and closure.
EMBEDDED SOLUTION
Integrated extension of existing client recruitment structure. Fixed monthly fee regardless of hire count on minimum 6-month agreement. Includes pre-agreed hiring plan and head count target with unique 1-time stop/start feature.
