These flexible pricing and colaborative structures have been specifically designed to ensure that the start up businesses we work with can scale with confidence whilst still controlling risk, cost and time consumption.
BFX Embedded - Our embedded options would secure significant time commitment to a 3 or 4 day week solution on a 6 month agreement, effectively acting as part of your team. Included in this option is a unique one-time stop/start feature allowing you flexibility to pause efforts for up to 3 months during funding rounds etc. A single monthly fee would be in place and would not increase regardless of hire count. BFX Dynamic - The Dynamic option attaches a percentage fee related to the candidates agreed salary at the time of hire with no payment required up front. Fees can be flexible if multiple requirements are submitted exclusively to ByromFX.
BFX Agreed - BFX Agreed is a pre-agreed flat fee for the successful completion of a hire with no upfront fee required. In a world where salaries can be as variable as they are high, this is a transparent way to control cost and cash-flow forecasting.
