In the ten years of my professional career, Adam is by far the best recruiter I have ever interacted with. His professionalism, ethics and communication abilities are truly unmatched. In an era where candidates have far too many negative experiences with recruiters, Adam completely stood out and it was a refreshing change to work with him.

I first interacted with Adam when I reached out to him through LinkedIn asking about a role that I was interested in at May Mobility. He not only responded promptly with the details, but also offered to set up an introductory call. From that point on, through the multiple interview rounds and all the way to the offer stage, Adam’s incredible communication skills were evident. Apart from promptly passing on feedback from the hiring team, he went above and beyond to set up a phone call before and after every single round of interview to coach me and also to ask about how my interviews went. Also, since I was interviewing right before the holidays, I was expecting a lot of delay in the process. But Adam promised me a decision before Christmas and went on to deliver on it. To summarize, not only did Adam play a huge role in helping me secure this position, but also made the usually tedious and anxiety-filled interview process very smooth and comfortable.

Recruiters are usually the only point of contact between a potential candidate and the company. Their attitude and actions go a long way in influencing the candidate’s view of the company. I feel Adam has a strong understanding of this and it shows very clearly in his actions.
